EZ Cap™ Lifeact-mTurquoise2 Probe mRNA (m1Ψ) encodes mTurquoise2, a bright and photostable cyan fluorescent protein (CFP) fused to Lifeact, a 17-amino-acid peptide that selectively binds to F-actin. With a peak excitation at ~434 nm and emission at ~474 nm, this probe enables high-resolution visualization of the actin cytoskeleton, cell morphology, and dynamic cytoskeletal rearrangements in live-cell imaging studies.
