Green Fluorescent Human Colonic Microvascular Endothelial Cells

Description Green Fluorescent Human Colonic Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HCoMEC) are isolated from human healthy colonic tissue and transfected with turboGFP. HCoMEC are cryopreserved at secondary culture and delivered frozen. Each vial of HCoMEC contains more than 500.000 cells. They are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings following the instructions provided in the technical sheet. We also offer optimized medium and reagents for the growth of HCoMEC which are quality tested together and guaranteed to give maximum performance as a global solution for in vitro HCoMEC culture.
